Dave Parrish
Mr. Parrish has 30 years of experience in the Construction and Engineering Management arena providing Project Controls implementation, Field Engineering services and Geographical Information System design and development. Past projects include Deactivation and Decommissioning of DOE Weapons Facilities, Nuclear Power Construction, Commercial Construction, Tenant Finish, System Turnover Coordination, City and County Transportation Projects, Computer Microelectronic Chip Facility, and Public Utility Engineering and Project Controls.
Mr. Parrish has technical knowledge of all aspects of project controls discipline, ranging from planning and estimating to cost controls and scheduling. He is experienced in budget development and benchmark trending of performance indicators; is skilled in formulating strategies to identify, analyze, and resolve complex production, design and construction problems; and has extensive microcomputer experience with numerous project management systems on various operating systems.
Mr. Parrish has a successful record managing the development, implementation and application of project management methods at all levels, including staff training and job assignments. He is experienced in both field and office environments. Mr. Parrish is a skilled facilitator with the ability to integrating a wide range of project needs and user requirements into a viable plan. He is capable of interfacing with others on all levels. He is an innovative decision maker with a talent for using available resources to promote and accomplish project and employee goals.
