Employee Benefits

Capstone offers an attractive benefits package to full-time employees (part-time, associate and contract employees may not be eligible).

As a full time Capstone employee you will be eligible for Group Health, Dental, Vision, Short-term Disability Insurance, Long-term Disability Insurance, and Life Insurance as well as immediate participation in our 401K plan.

Capstone offers group health, dental, and vision insurance with The Guardian; the vision insurance utilizes the Vision Service Plan through The Guardian and there is also a $25,000 life insurance included with the health plan. The effective date of the plans is one month from date of hire.

Group life and AD&D insurance provided for each employee by Capstone and is effective the first day of the month following one full month of employment. Life insurance is at $50,000 and an additional $50,000 is paid for accidental death or dismemberment. The employee can also select additional coverage of up to $50,000 life and AD&D for the employee, $20,000 for their spouse, and $10,000 for their children. The additional coverage is paid for by the employee, but at a discounted group rate.

Group short-term and long-term disability insurance is available for each employee effective the first day of the month following one full month of employment.

There are seven (7) paid holidays and 120 hours of paid time off per year.
